..another complaint is shot down…
As we expected the Electoral Commission has found that the party’s secretary committed no offence over the filing of the 2007 annual return of donations. All these complaints from “you know who” have wasted a lot of time and money. The only motive was political malice. Now Act has been caught by a failure to declare free office space donated by Bob Jones.
There is an old saying that people who live in glasshouses should not throw stones. Someone has put it nicely “Perkbuster - perkbusted!”

Haha, nice going Winston, so is this going to make The NZ Herald, TV3, TVOne news headlines? (and whoever else was all over this) ….I highly doubt it. How embarressing for them.

Has Mr Hide made any statement about the $20,000 worth of office space he did not declare?

Congratulations must go to Winston! It didnt come as any surprise to either him or any of us loyal supporters though. It was always so obvious if people looked at basic facts…..such as how Winston told Helen Clark face to face that he was innocent.Would anyone do that if guilty??A good couple of battles won….now lets help him win the war by voting for him.
Yes Dion…. Rhino Hide said on the news tonight ‘ its not a problem as he was unaware that he had to declare about that residence!!! yeah right!! His glass house has taken a direct hit from a Winston rock! How appropriate!!
An added bonus is the extra amount of egg on the wanna be prime ministers face!! He who ‘judged’ Winston before any facts came out! Who would want a NZ leader that does that?No wonder Winston said at that time….Mr.Key is so foolish!!
Good on you Winston…. ‘a nice day at the office’!!!

Dion J - that’s $20,000 per year that he did not declare? Apparently he didn’t know that he should have? Strange - this was under the old rules not the new Electoral Finance Act that came in this year. I for one would like a personal apology to the secretary of the New Zealand First Party but having contact Rodney to ask for one the answer is a resounding NO! Apparently being declared innocent is just not good enough for Rodney Hyde. Nasty little man!

Rodney Hidious needs to go. Sorry, but I’ve just had enough of him. He deliberately misled the public in defaming Winston. The media didn’t help Winston. Now Winston starts winning back his innocence and the Media does jack all about it - even no apology. Not even from Rodney how hidious Hide.
Winston, your vindication always follows you. Keep up the good work!!
