Couldn't hear the video got no sound on my PC. On the morning of the NZ First conference before things got underway Mr Peters told me and the audience the facts about the Owen Glenn affair and what he knew about it.[he himself only found out the night before] It is important to say that he informed the members before the press got it. This was the same weekend he lost his mother. He could have been forgiven for not turning up at all. At every break he was hounded by representatives of the gutter press including TVNZ and TV3 who unanimously burst into fits of laughter when Mr Peters departed in the lift. What I believe is called a media frenzy, and they still got a free lunch. In the weeks that followed the circus resumed in parliament led by Mr Key and Mr Hyde. To date nothing has resulted and indeed Mr Key has had to answer questions about share dealings and Mr Hyde about undeclared monies. If I thought NZ First was being purposely deceitful or dishonest in any dealings I would drop them like a hot cake. Mr Peters gave his explanation and I had to choose between him whom I have met briefly or Mr Key or Mr Hyde or the gutter press. I chose Mr Peters and I will vote for NZ First on election day. To all fair minded undecided voters choose wisely.
