…. he will be missed……

We had the solemn duty today of reciting a few words at the funeral of Brian Donnelly.

A funeral is always a sad occasion, but it is also a celebration of a life well-lived. In Brian’s case, he spent much of his working life bettering the education standards of the next generation of New Zealanders. He was a man of great intellect and full of compassion for humanity.

…a few facts you should know…

The Privileges Committee wasn’t a jury of my peers. For the most part it was just a bunch of politicians with partisan prejudices, who voted along party lines. Some members of the committee were decent enough to go in there with open minds and judge the information as they saw it, but the majority weren’t.

…setting the record straight……

I’ll be on TV One’s Agenda show tomorrow morning (28th September).  After all the allegations, the innuendo and the outright lies, it will be a chance to put a few facts before the public.  I’ll be setting the record straight.  Make sure you tune in……
